At Maisonvale Escapes, we are committed to providing a seamless and exceptional guest experience. To maintain the integrity of our operations, we ask that reservations are made only when travel dates are confirmed.

Cancellation Terms

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.

Please note: These terms represent the maximum refund available. We are unable to offer exceptions beyond this policy.

Cancellation by Guest

If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be done in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Booking Amendments

Requests to change bookings - including dates, guest numbers, or length of stay - are subject to availability and approval by Maisonvale Escapes. In most cases, changes cannot be accommodated once a reservation is confirmed.

Amendments are not offered due to personal reasons, travel disruptions, or government restrictions. Original cancellation terms apply in all cases.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected disruptions. This protects against illness, emergencies, cancellations, or other unforeseen events.

Important: Personal belongings are not covered by Maisonvale Escapes for loss, theft, damage, or destruction during your stay. Guests are solely responsible for their safety and well-being.

Security Deposits

  1. Deposit Requirements: A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages. The amount and conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.

  2. Deposit Refunds: Security deposits are typically refunded within a specified period after check-out, provided no damages or breaches of booking terms occur.

Guest Expectations

  • Guests must be 18 years or older.

  • Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the confirmed reservation count; external visitors are not permitted.

  • Guests are expected to treat the property and its amenities with care, maintaining the standards of Maisonvale Escapes.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM (details provided by Maisonvale Escapes).

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

  • Early check-in / late check-out: Requests are subject to availability and property owner discretion; additional fees may apply.

Exceeding occupancy limits may result in cancellation without refund.

House Rules

  • Smoking: All properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of your security deposit. Smoking is permitted only in designated off-premises areas.

  • Pets: Pets are not permitted.

  • Maintenance Access: Maisonvale Escapes may require access for repairs or inspections; guests agree to cooperate to ensure comfort and safety.

Noise & Events

  • Parties and external visitors are prohibited.

  • Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM onwards.

  • Excessive noise, disturbances, or breaches of house rules may result in immediate cancellation and eviction without refund.

Damages & Lost Keys

  • Guests must report pre-existing damage upon arrival.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

  • Lost keys, remotes, or access devices will incur replacement costs up to $500.

Important Notice

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination of stay and eviction without refund.
